Large Double Room - Female professional / Student

Hello, we have a generous sized bright double room (approx 5.4m x 2.7)available located in Harefield/Uxbridge. The room has plenty of space and feels light and airy.

Location is south Harefield with the bus stop just outside the house. There is ample parking in the private drive way for 8 cars. Very close links to A40 and M25.
Buses U9 and 331.
331 goes Denham station (5min) which has trains into Marlybone.
U9 331 goes Uxbridge station (Met line) and Harefield hospital (5min) and Ruislip.

The house is kept warm by being on a programmed thermostat. There is a large kitchen, a dinning room/2nd living space, a living room and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with electric shower and 3 double rooms.

We are looking for a female professional or student who is friendly, clean and tidy. It’s myself male 31, I work 7 days a week and my mother 60 who live in the house so it’s not a busy house hold. We are from the Muslim faith so would ask no alcohol or pork to be brought into the house. We will consider a house Cat / Bird. However no smokers please.
