We're looking for a friendly and responsible professional to rent a double room in a newly furbished and well looked after 3 bed house.

The house has a large back garden overlooking fields and is only a short (and quite scenic walk) from a couple of decent pubs. There's also a canal, local park and plenty of public footpaths.

We have a cat and a dog.

Price for the room is £600 per month and includes all bills and amenities. Off-Street parking also included in this.

Easy access to transport links; Tube, Bus (10 minutes to Uxbridge) , M25, M40, M4, Heathrow, Brunel and New Bucks universities.

It's Situated 10 mins walking distance from local shops, hospitals and other amenities, and a 5-10 minute drive from Uxbridge, Northwood, Ruislip and Denham station. It's a quiet and beautiful area that's still enables an easy commute to central London.
