Room: Large double windows, 5 door wardrobe, provided with 2 tables and have ample space to walk or exercise in the room.

House: A beautiful forest like garden, large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, 3 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath, parking space available for 1 car.

Location: Within 8 minutes walk to 2 tube stations (Kenton and Northwick Park), 10 minutes walk from Northwick Park Hospital and 6 minutes to Sainsbury, 2 pharmacies and local market.

I was staying here for the year but due to pandemic, I had to return to my home country. My room is available for rent and trust me the house is so good, I really didn't want to leave it. Two of my housemates teach guitar and are pretty chill and friendly. The other housemate's a film student and is the life of the house. The fourth one is pretty sweet but isn't in the house right now. In all everyone's pretty clean and peaceful.

The bills (water, electricity, gas, broadband) and council tax are divided equally among everyone and it amounts up to 80 pounds a month. The house is available to move in from 15th May, but if you'd like to move in 2-3 days earlier, that's also possible. If you want, I can arrange a virtual viewing of the house, with the current housemates (as physical one is not advised by govt. guidelines).
