Looking for new housemates

Hi all. Rooms are waiting for the new tenants. 2 single room for £450/month, 1 double room for £589/month and one ensuite for £741/month (double room with bathroom). It is a 5 bedroom house in a residential area. Driveway on the front, big enough garden with bird feeders. 😀 It is very quiet. 10-15 minutes walk from Rayner's lane station. It depends how quick you are 😅 At the moment my other half and me living here only. Filipina and Hungarian. We prefer clean professionals, around 28 or above because of our past experience.
