Vegetarian/vegan only .. student or professional

We have a single room available to rent at Harrow on the hill which is really rich area culture wise and convenient too to and from travel any part of the London. South Harrow, Harrow on the hill, Northwick Park are close train stations ( within 12-15 mins by walk or bus). We are looking for a person to share a room in our flat who are clean and tidy and respect other's privacy and also is kids friendly. We are a family- husband-wife and two little kids who are well mannered so don’t worry about them bothering you. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and must keep it clean all time after use and once a week deep clean by you ( rest days I’ll manage cleaning). Only Vegetarian student/professional.
Note: in winter time (October -February end) rent will be £160 per week. We use heating only 2-3 hours a day.
