We would share the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fairly large, with lots of workspace and cupboards and has all the usual modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer etc and a breakfast table. The house is clean and tidy with friendly housemates and a cleaner visiting regularly. It is in a quiet road, with parking easily available outside. There is easy access to Harrow on the Hill and Harrow and Wealdstone stations and shops. It would suit a friendly, single, professional person. Deposit and references required.
