Room Available in Kenton, Harrow, 10 minutes walk from Northwick Park station and Kenton station.
Ideal if you're a student at Westminster University, but it is only 30 minutes to central London if not!
Rent £400 and bills come to around £35
Looking for someone to move in by or around 26th August Ideally!
Medium sized room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, sink and shelves that look out onto the garden, which has a trampoline!
You'll be sharing the house with 6 other students, who will all be very welcoming! There are 2 bathrooms, and a toilet too so using the bathroom is never a problem.
You would need to pay a deposit of £400 which you'll get back, and 2 months advanced rent of £800. So £1200 altogether. Sounds expensive but it's what we all paid when we moved in.
