I am looking to rent out my single room in a shared house for £120 a week/ £520 a month available now until 9th August. The house is only 5 mins walk from both Northwick Park station on the metropolitan line (15 mins to central London) and Kenton on the baker loo line and overground.
The room is fully furnished and you would also have sole access to a large double garage and shared access to a large living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and garden. I go through a local estate agents, Allan Howard, who you would be dealing with on behalf of the landlord and are happy to answer any questions you have.
