* Garden is available for minimum usage like for drying clothes
* Should keep room and used things clean and tidy after every usage of each products, appliances and things that the individual is responsible or has used..
* House is shared with a couple in the other room..
* Room rent includes bills like Council Tax, Water Bill, Electricity and Gas Bill, WIFI, TV License.
