*Lovely*Clean* Double Room Incl. Skytv + Tv Harrow

Hi there,
We have a lovely double room for rent in our house for single occupancy. The room is on the 2nd floor, so it’s a very quiet and private room. It comes fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, 2 dressers and a desk(optional). AND the rent also includes a large screen tv with SkyTV.

We are looking for someone who is a nice person. But also quiet, clean, easygoing, considerate of others and their privacy. Everyone in the house is a working professional. While we are all friendly with each other, everyone tends to be busy with their own life.

We keep the house very clean and it has a very relaxed, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and we want someone who is relaxed and wants to live in a peaceful environment.

You MUST be working full-time, Monday-Friday, and if you are a Christian that is a definite plus!!

The house has been recently decorated and newly carpeted. It has a very large open plan kitchen with a large garden, plus a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with unlimited Virgin High Speed Internet. Plus Off-street parking.

The house is in a great location, on a nice quiet street, and is in an excellent location for all transport.... it's a 3 minute walk to the Harrow and Wealdstone Station, which has fast trains to London Euston every 20 minutes and gets you to Central in 14 minutes. The station is also on the Bakerloo line, which gets you to Oxford Circus in about 30 minutes, plus we’re only a 15-20 minute walk to Harrow on the Hill tube station for the Metropolitan line. There are several bus stops close by, so it is ideally located to get you into Central London or anywhere else you need to go!

In regards to shopping, its just a 10 minute walk to Tesco Harrow SuperStore and a 15-20 minute walk to Harrow Town Center or 10 minute walk to the Harrow Wealdstone High Street which has a lot of different shops including Asda and Iceland.

The rent is £560 per month which includes SKY TV and all bills: rent, council tax, gas, electric, water, tv license, and unlimited Virgin high speed internet.
