Looking for clean,respectful and quiet nonsmoker

Hello,

We are looking for two clean, organised, quiet and respectful non-smoking professionals for 2 good size double bedrooms in a three bedroom property.

The house is located in a quiet dead-end road, just 5min walk to Harrow on the Hill station and Harrow center. It is only 3min walk to Morrisons and a large park.
The property is very spacious. It has a modern extended and fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, a good size lounge and a big garden, great for BBQs. The bedrooms are on the first floor with a second set of bathroom + WC. Each room is spacious and has a double bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms are overlooking the garden.
The bills on top of the rent will come at about 96pcm.

We are a friendly couple, interested in moving in to this property, but we need two more buddies. We'd like to create a homely feeling and find like minded people to share this amazing home! We work long hours and like the peace and quiet of our own space. But we also socialize in the evenings.
