Sole Use Of Flat/Rooms = Kitchen/Bathroom

I have a house with two flats, one upstairs and one downstairs both 2 beds - each with own door, as shown in pictures.

This is in Harrow weald / Stanmore borders - HA3 (nr the Miller & Carter restaurant), close to the bus garage – 10 mins walk. Nearest train stations are a bus ride away or a 30 min walk.

There are local shops within 2-10 mins walk away – corner shop, fish&chip shop, KFC, dry-cleaners, post office and a park. Bus garage 10 mins walk away.

I have recently started using both flats for myself (work expanded) and therefore I have maybe 2 spare rooms available.. Onlly one tenant will be accepted = no sharing

Upstairs. 1 double and 1 single. Depending on your requirements and budget, you can have the single room as a bedroom and the double room as lounge /dining room. Or just take one room.

You will have sole use of the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has washing machine/dryer – fridge freezer – no dishwasher. Heating is on a room stat and or timer
Garden and parking is available. A large shed is available for storage.

I am downstairs all day as this is where my offices are and my own living room, kitchen and bathroom. So, you have sole use of upstairs.

I only come up to change or to sleep obviously at night-time around 11pm to my bedroom. I am a quiet person but also a very sociable person, get on with most people and happy to welcome you into my flat at times to share a meal/drink/TV. and poss use of home gym.
