We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT

Frequent buses providing excellent connections to Harrow & Wealdstone station which has a fast peak service through to Euston ( less than 25 minutes) and Harrow on the Hill ( Metropolitan Line to King’s Cross station in 35 minutes)

HOUSEHOLDER

A lovely lady in her late 50’s and lives in a smart, three bedroom , new-build ground floor flat with small private garden in HARROW WEALD AREA.

She suffers from Mental Health difficulties, like social anxiety

Family and friends visit but the family feel that extra companionship and support would be very beneficial.

ACCOMMODATION

Smart, new –build, ground floor flat with small private garden and a larger communal garden. Fully equipped kitchen, Good internet
Our client has her own bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The homesharer would have sole use of a furnished double bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps,
The homesharer will have shared use of a guest bathroom, study/guest room, kitchen and lounge and garden space.
There are a number of small grocery shops nearby and supermarkets and pharmacies within a 10 minute walk.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
