No couples.
Single professional tenant preferred.

Room : Good size double room (bathroom shared with 2 other males)
Rent: £720pm all bills and weekly cleaning of communal areas included
Deposit : £720 will be secured in DPS

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chests of drawers, bed side chest, computer desk and chair.

The rent includes all utility bills, broadband and a weekly cleaner for communal areas and garden.

The kitchen is very spacious with a large dining area, cooking facilities, 2 large fridges, plenty of storage, washing machine and a separate dryer.

There is a communal garden at the back of the house.

Parking is available on the street but parking permit needs to be applied through a council. There is no parking directly outside the house as the parking spaces are rented separately .

Nestles Avenue is 4min walking distance from Hayes & Harlington station. Local stores Asda Superstore, Tesco and others are around the corner as well as Hayes town centre.
