We rent out our spare room, which is large, clean and fully furnished and close to Uxbridge Rd.

We are looking for someone who likes animals because we have a couple of friendly dogs & a cat, who have access to the communal areas.

It's in a great location for public transport links, being seconds from the Uxbridge road it is also convenient for the M4 & A40 if you drive and close to Heathrow if you fly! Bars, restaurants, theatre & leisure parks are all nearby.

It's usual stuff really, shared kitchen & bathroom, second WC, broadband, TV with Free-view, built-in wardrobe, bed with orthopaedic mattress, folding desk, kettle & own fridge in room etc.

All bills are included.

It will be available after the current tenant moves out on 14th of July 2014.

1 calendar month deposit plus 1 calendar months rent in advance
non smoker preferred

* Monday to Friday let considered
