Single room in south hayes

I have a single room available to rent in a 3 bedroom house located in south hayes. The room is furnished with a single bed, storage shelf and a wardrobe.

I am looking for a friendly, vegetarian professional to rent out this room.

The house is located close to the 24hrs Hayes bulls bridge Tesco and hayes train station (15 mins walk or 4 mins via bus E6.)

Bus E6 stops right outside the house and bus stop for 195 towards southall is only 5 mins walk from the house.

Rent includes all bills + use of broadband connection.
