double bedroom to rent ,newly built ,ensuite , seperate enterence from rear include patio ,can use garden, near to bus stops for U7 ,90, 698, close to parade of shops ,6 min walk to county court. Want very decent couple ,students, professionals as tenant , kitchen can be shared with some conditions .No pork ,no Alcohol allowed in premisses .
