Bedroom located on first floor along with shared bathroom consisting of bath tub, shower over bath, w/c and sink. Rooms are fully furnished. All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax and wifi etc). Kitchen is equipped with basic equipment (gas cooker, kettle, toaster, mincrowave and washing machine) you will have to provide your own plates/ cooking equipment.

We are looking for an individual who is clean and tidy and respects others. Friends and boyfriends can stay occasionally however please bare in mind the room is for single occupancy only.

Couple are welcome however the rent will be £500 PM.

There is shared garden as well as off road parking and ample on road parking. Property has good transport links:
Heathrow airport: 10 min walk to bus stop and 17 min bus ride
Uxbridge: 7 min walk to bus stop 22 min bus ride
Hayes and Harlington station: 7 min walk to bus stop 14 min bus journey
Brunel university: 7 min walk to bus stop 12 min bus journey
