This is a single or double room to let in a large and clean huuse. The cost for the single room is £400pcm including bills and £530 for the large room including bills. There are two bathrooms, one of which is for my private use. There is a washing machine and good facilities in the home. I am a professional female and live with my son who has just graduated. I would prefer someone who is clean, considerate and respectful and employed. This household might suit a student or professional person and definitely someone who is employed. We are a modern Asian family.
