The room is cosy, carpeted, a good size and included is a quality small Double bed, bedding, bedside cabinet & lamp, shelving, storage for clothing etc. The room is lightly decorated, pleasant, well-lit and in good clean order. Roughly 7x9 in size. The house has two complete bathroom and a Separate Bathroom is include.
Rent would include use of high speed broadband and use of other areas of the house, including living room to watch TV, dining room, kitchen, garden etc. Plenty of off street parking. Very well located with several stations all within 10 minutes or so - Osterley Station, Hounslow West, Hounslow Central - all with easy links into Central London.

females preferred, non-smoking. I would expect the room to be kept in a tidy and clean state. The Room will be cleaned, hoovered and freshen up once a week by maid.
