A double bed , fridge freezer , microwave, en-suit

En-suite shower room it has Double room single person fridge freezer microwave warm house washing machine and separate tumble dryer . The heating is on from 6am to 10am and evenings 4pm to 10pm so it’s a lovely warm house . It is at present all male occupiers and all rooms are en suite and their is an extra full bathroom . This room is upstairs back garden facing so doesn’t get hot in summer . Any problems I live 5 minutes away . The house gets cleaned once a week so is always maintained. It has all the legal requirements fire extinguishers, fire blankets and mains powered smoke alarm . The shower is always got hot water because it’s a combination boiler.
