Hi, I am a single professional female looking for a lodger (Female) for my modern 3 bedroom semi -detached home. I live with my two boys who are 12 & 9.
The room is a single box room, with a single wardrobe. Located in the next room is an extra wardrobe should you need extra hanging. I also have a large loft area should you have stuff you would like stored. You will have use of the kitchen, bathroom and dining area. Facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have your own cupboard in your kitchen, as well as your own space in the fridge. I can add a desk in the room if you wish.
My house is located in the Hounslow/Whitton area. 10min walk to Hounslow overground, 15min walk to Hounslow East Tube and 20min walk to Twickenham.
£80 per week to include bills and high speed Wi-Fi.
No DSS.
Two week deposit required if possible and given back should you wish to move out. I have a lodgers agreement which would need signing. Thank you!
