Newly Refurnished Double Room

We have a lovely spare room in our shared house. Im Spanish and my flatmates aré Hungarian. We are all very quiet and exceptionally clean. We all feel proud of living in a new house and we do our best to keep it always clean and in its best condition. We also can really relax at home as the house is very quiet.

We would like to find another female who is responsible and mature and understands that respect is essential when sharing. We follow some house rules so everybody is in the same page and we all feel the same with no exception. We are all friends and trust each other but we like our own time and space too.

The room is all brand new including a luxury memory foam mattress. Whole house is in very good condition.

Location is just perfect, only 2 mins away from public transport and all amenities. 2 tube stations picadilly line, railway, bus garage.
