Friendly flat in Hounslow. £650 pcm

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my 2 bedroom flat. The flat was decorated a year ago so it is modern. The flat is located in a great area with access to many areas of London on a variety of train and tube lines. Near by there is Sainsbury's Local or a little further away an Asda superstore. Also located nearby is a great high street with many shops.

The room comes included with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed. There is a living room/kitchen/dining area and a shared bathroom.

All bills are included excluding the TV license which is payed every 3 months and is approx £18

The deposit is the first month and last months rent.

I am looking to live with a sociable, friendly individual who doesn't mind the occasional dinner/ drinks together.
