The attic room is available on 1st May and comes furnish with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The room will be fitted with a brand new carpet and painted.
 
The house is a friendly mix of 3 people, currently one guy and two girls & as you can see, it's great layout for sharing.

The back garden is south-facing, so gets the sun and also has a vegetable patch, if you like your salad fresh!
The kitchen area is the hub and it's really nice to have plenty of room, with not only a big dining table, but also somewhere to chill.
If you want to settle in for the night though, there's a cosy living/TV room too.

As for amenities, we've got a box room on the first floor, which is handy for drying clothes etc, there's a shed if you need somewhere to put your bike. Oh, there's also some storage next to the attic.
 
The current housemates have a wide range of interests and hobbies, so if you're similar, that would be ideal.

Isleworth Overground station is 3 mins walk and the trains take 37 mins to Waterloo, however we are also about 12 minutes walk from Osterley tube (Piccadilly line).

Total rent works out at £896 per month, which includes £150 that covers all bills, council tax, broadband etc.
The deposit is £690 and there is a one off agency admin fee (£50).
