This is a short term let for 3 months in a very nice and clean house, you’ll be living with an existing tenant who is a young professional female who works for sky TV.
I will be away for three months hence the short term but it’s perfect if you need a comfortable place to stay whilst your in search of a more permanent place come January.
The deposit is a months and a half a rent and your first months rent will be required upfront, contracts will be signed and in place.
