We can work out set times for kitchen use but also happy for you to have small appliances such as kettle/toaster/rice cooker/air fryer in the room.

We are looking for a clean and tidy tenant - this is a normal household with a child so we are usually up and about from 8am -9pm.

The Price
The price is £595 including all bills which also includes internet.
