Single room in the big house at the great location

Single room in the big house will be available in end of July(moving in date will be negotiable although preferably before August). The room is in the first floor facing main road which has single bed and built in wardrobe. There are two other rooms, toilet, and bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there are one other room, another bathroom(toilet+shower),kitchen(we are currently getting new kitchen),living room, home gym equipments(you no longer go to the gym as we have got most of the equipments here!) big garden, shed, smoking area also.

There is parking space in front of the house and H91 bus stop in front of the house which takes you to Chiswick, Hammersmith or Hounslow West. There are Syon Lane overground station which takes 5 minutes walk from the house, and Osterly Underground station is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride. There are petrol station, off licence, cafe, Tesco extra, Homebase by 5 minutes walking distance as well as Osterly Park is not too far from the house also.

This is family house and we are looking for respectable, clean, responsible, easy going, sociable, honest people as we want right person to fit in for current household. For the price you are paying you will be getting much more.
