We're looking for a female lodger to share our lovely home.
The house is on a quite close in Isleworth, just a short walk to the river. It has three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom, downstairs toilet and a back patio garden. It's a one-minute walk to the bus stop (H37/267) and a 10-minute walk to Isleworth station.
You'd only be sharing with myself (British) and my partner (Brazilian), so there's plenty of space. We keep the single bedroom free to use as a study / guest bedroom. Our previous lodgers have said they've enjoyed living in a home, rather than a house-share.
The room is a double for single occupancy with plenty of storage: a good-sized build-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, and a bedside cabinet.
The price includes: Council tax, broadband/Wi-Fi, gas and electricity.
