Friendly home with two little furballs!

Hi there, I am a tenant in a two bed flat who would like to find a roommate for the next year. I live in a flat that was built 2 years ago to a high standard. I have two cats. The flat is ground floor, underfloor heating and double glazed windows. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge that opens up to a private garden.

I would like a working professional who will cover their side of the bills and look after the property. I am not a huge house party person so this is a really chilled out house. Great place in the summer as there are local parks, big garden and lots of space! I work Monday to Friday so spend my evenings relaxing at home and tend to socialise on the weekends.

I am using the room to store some things at the moment but this can all be removed. Please have a look and let me know if you are interested.
