I have 4 rooms available for a beautifully located house ideally for people looking for easy access to Heathrow or to a Central line station which is Northolt.

There is off-street parking with no permit required.

There is also 2 driving spaces on the drive which comes at an additional fee if required.

All bills are included - Broadband, Electricity and council tax.

All tenants are working professionals.

I require a 2 week deposit and calendar month upfront to secure your room.

Each room has their own fridge and there are a total of 2 bathrooms across the property.

For couples there is an extra charge. The price quoted here is for a single occupancy in a double room.

For a couple its £150 p/w with a calendar month deposit.
