I’m am moving out of my lovely ensuite double room where I have been very happy for several years to my own place.
The room is a double room and comes fully furnished with, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. The room also benefits from a large storage cupboard and also has its own landing area so you have lots of storage space and it’s almost like a small studio flat. The room has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a fantastic jacuzzi Bath with overhead shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet. The property is shared by two others with bedrooms downstairs in the flat so is very quite and peaceful it’s ideal if you work night shifts or long hours as the room also benefits from fully blackout blinds.
The flat has large lounge and kitchen area. The lounge has 3 big sofas and a tv. We also have wireless internet available in the flat.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, large gas oven with hob, and a huge fridge freezer.
The flat is located in its own gated community with plenty of free off-road parking, and beautiful commal gardens. It’s is a 2 minute walk away from Ealing Hospital. There are great travel links with bus stops nearby which go to Ealing boardway, Shephards Bush, Wembley, Southall and Brentford.
Current flat mates are a female in her twenties and male in his early thirties whom are friendly working professionals.
We are looking for a single working professional to replace me, sorry no students or DSS. Females are preferred but professional males will be considered. Bills are extra around £120-£130 a month based on winter bills so please bear that in mind for you budget.
