Hi there! I'm moving out in early April and need someone to take over the room until the contract ends on the 12th of August.

•10 minute walk to Perivale station, under 30 minutes to Oxford Circus
•20 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway
•All bills are covered in the rent
•The room is furnished with a single bed & mattress only
•The room is on the first floor facing the front
•There are two bathrooms, you'd be sharing the upstairs with one person
•Kitchen has all appliances (inc. air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine)
•This is a very LGBTQ friendly household, one housemate is an artist, who's put a lot of his artwork up in the living/dining room
•6am-Midnight Tesco is 5 minutes away
•Council Tax not included (£45.50 per month)

Rent and bill payment may fluctuate based upon usage during the summer months - which may reduce or increase the amount necessary. This will be communicated in advance by the lead tenant
