We have a really cute self-contained studio available to rent and are looking for a lodger for this gorgeous space from mid-November.

The the studio makes a beautiful, private, peaceful home and consists of:

- Your own private entrance
- Bright and spacious studio living and bedroom
- Small kitchenette with small tabletop electric cooker and fridge
- Shower room / ensuite
- Fully furnished with plenty of room in the studio space for your own additions should you wish
- Large bifold patio doors which you can open full length in the warmer months
- Looking onto a garden
- No passing traffic

The studio sits in large gardens on the grounds of the main house where I live and is surrounded by green fields.

This home is perfect for a single person who wants to live an independent life and have a whole little building to themselves (rather than renting a room in a shared house).

You'll have access to the city (as we're 10-15mins to Northwood Hills tube) or have access to the local area (as we're walking distance to Northwood Hills, Pinner and Eastcote) but also relax in a countryside setting - the best of both worlds!

All bills are included. One month's deposit is required. As a lodger there are just a few household rules such as respecting the main property, no parties, and reasonable use of energy and water for personal use only.

Available from mid-November.
