Affordable accommodation offered in PINNER – HA5 area, excellent opportunity for a Female ONLY homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The house is within 14 minute walk from Pinner station and a bus stop nearby by with buses to Watford and Harrow (both routes approximately 30 minutes).
Pinner station is on the Metropolitan line – Zone 5 and approximately 26 minutes to Baker Street and 33 minutes to London King’s Cross station.
HOUSEHOLDER
The householder is a lovely lady in her late 70’s and lives in a lovely spacious four bedroom semi-detached home in Pinner.
The householder welcomes a friendly female Homesharer who can offer practical support and the added assurance of having someone at home at night, she would like help with the laundry, dishwasher and to help carry things for example a glass of water upstairs, help with grocery shopping and some meals.

She is a semi-retired classical violinist and violin teacher.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly female, someone who can integrate with her, someone who is calm, kind and positive.
She does enjoy good company but also likes her own space and quiet time to herself.

She does like her home to be kept tidy and has a cleaner who comes weekly but would expect the homesharer to tidy up after her and keep her bedroom and their bathroom clean and tidy.

Her appearance is good.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious four bedroom semi-detached house within 14 minute walk from Pinner station. There are a number of local supermarkets and cafés and restaurants close by.
The house consists of four bedrooms, one shared bathrooms, two toilets, and the homesharer has their own toilet and sink.
Fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms.
The homesharers would have a double bedroom with small double bed, wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, small desk, and armchair.
Off road parking.
Internet is available.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
