Double Room in beautiful area of Pinner.

My current housemate is moving due to a new job at the end of June and is happy to meet with prospective housemates. It’s a lovely 1930s style house in a beautiful leafy private close. Double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space, dressing table and storage. I keep the house clean and tidy. Looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, relaxed and easy going. Metropolitan line is only 6-8 min walk and there is on street parking if you have a car. I have opted for a female housemate as my 6 year old daughter spends her holidays with me and for safeguarding reasons prefer to have a female in the house.
