This flat is above shops on a main street in Eastcote and is situated in a very convenient location for travelling; Eastcote station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) is only a two minute walk from your door. The flat is close To Harrow, Ruislip, Pinner and Uxbridge. Bus stops, banks, bars and 2 supermarkets are located on the same street. Eastocote is a safe and friendly area with an excellent sense of community – a great place to live!
The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, arm chair, desk, chest of drawers, book shelf, and still has plenty of space for your own belongings. It is very spacious, sunny, and in a very good order with a large window facing the garden that can be used any time.
The flat is nice and tidy with English speaking flatmates. There is shared bathroom and kitchen with all necessary appliances including fridge, washing machine, oven etc. The flat would suit a single young professional in his/hers 20's - 30's.
There are 4 male flatmates living in this flat already, ages 25 to 35.
Parking: there is a small car park at the back of the flat free from 6 pm till 8.30 am so you can park there in evenings after work. Otherwise you'd have to search for parking in parallel streets at the back, few minytes walk.
The rent is £500 per month, which includes all bills (Council tax, electricity, gas and water).
Deposit is £500. Minimum 6 months stay.
