Lovely double room-safe area Hatch/Pinner

Hi, I have a lovely room in Hatch end / Pinner.
Elegant, clean tidy house and lovely garden. There's also free parking.
The local bus takes you to Harrow and Stanmore (15 mins) The local train takes you to Harrow and wealdstone (2 stops) Watford(3 stops). And Kings cross in the other direction. Direct to Kenton, Wembley, Harlsden, Willsden Junction, Kensal green, Queens Park, Kilburn, Euston.
Quick change to Paddington, Edgware Rd, Regents Park, Oxford Circus.
10 Mins down the road there is the metropolitan line which takes you into central London within an hour.
The shops are a short 3 min walk and there are many restaurants and cafes locally.
I am looking for a tidy, clean, friendly person/s who also respects people’s space.
I am friendly, easy going, down to earth and work from home.
