The room is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, box room for storage, armchair, coffee table etc and still has plenty of space for your own belongings. It is spacious, and in very good order with a large window.
The house is tidy with English speaking roommates. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with all necessary appliances including fridge, washing machine, oven etc. Small garden.

The rent is £490 per month, which includes all bills (Council tax, electricity, gas and water). An internet connection is available (the bill is shared between the flatmates using it)
Deposit is £490. Minimum 6 months stay.
