I'm a 29 years old female creative professional (mainly music and prop making) and I have a spare double room available to rent in my maisonette flat on Tolcarne Drive in Pinner.
It's a very quick 5-10 minute walk from Northwood Hills station (Metropolitan Line, 35 minute commute to Kings Cross) and bus stops near by.
The room is a small double room and comes unfurnished.
There's a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washer dryer, gas oven, grill and stove top. Bathroom with power shower / tub.
Ideally new flat mate is a quiet respectful person who goes out for work during the day as I work from home and need the space / focus. I enjoy having a good chat but also have a healthy respect for privacy.
The room is available now so I'm looking for someone to take it asap.
Rent is £550 including all bills, with £500 deposit.
