Double Room in Pinner 5 mins from station - £575

I've recently bought my place in Pinner and am looking for a flatmate. I'm pretty easy going and am looking for someone who is social but also likes their own space. The home is a 1st floor maisonette with a lovely forecourt which is great for BBQs and drinks in Spring/Summer.
The house is a two double bedroom place with a large living room. The room is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Most the furniture is less than a year old and hasn't been used. There's also a new TV in the room but it’s not connected. The person staying is welcome to do so (I think it required a £10 or £15 lead)
The living room is comfortably fitted with Sofas, a dining table and a large digital TV. The TV has the basic Virgin Package (with fiber optic broadband – good speed)
The house also has a large kitchen and bathroom with a powerful shower (and bath tub)
I'm the live in Landlord and work for Capital and Heart Radio. Tend to be out often but when at home, I'm happy to put on a movie and chill with a few drinks The TV is also hooked on to Netflix.
All bills other than the cleaner are included. The new person will have to contribute £10 per week for a cleaner (Not optional). This will include the cleaner hoovering all rooms and cleaning common areas like Kitchen/Bath.
