Spacious single in friendly house with spacious modern kitchen, nicely furnished big living room, 3 bathrooms, huge garden.
We are looking for friendly, English speaking professional house mates.
We like to go out for a drink or have few at home, have dinner together... We are really friendly.
The house got 5 bedrooms , in the summer time we like to have Barbecue in garden. We have a cleaning rota for the common part of the house and of course you must clean after your self and keep clean your room; the house is really clean and we hope you keep it as it is.
We have Tesco express 4 mins walking dist., high street (6 mins walk), Lidl (7 mins drive) and many other around.
Also there is 100mb fast broadband internet in the house.
We have a car and we can go shopping together.
Metropolitan line (Northwood Hills) 7 mins walking distance .

Single room - £105 per week
Double room- £130 per week
Bills are included, 1week deposit.
