Couples welcome

We have a lovely spacious double room available from August for a working non-smoking couple.

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated with a brand new bathroom, flat screen TV, NoW TV and lots of storage in the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, etc. It is all kept very clean and tidy.

The house would be ideally suited to working professionals, we are looking for people who decent and appreciate living in a tidy and clean house.

Excellent area: There is free off street parking available and fantastic amenities such as Tesco Extra and Morrison Supermarkets on the doorstep (5-7 min walk) along with other shops, bars/pubs, and restaurants. In addition, 5 minute’s walk to a main line train station which takes you into Liverpool Street Station in just 20 minutes.
