• There are also plenty of local buses going to Harrow-On-The-Hill, Heathrow (24hr),  Northwick Park Hospital and Stanmore areas Bus numbers are H9, H10, H12, 398.

• 2 minutes walk to Tesco Express, 5-7 minutes walk to Sainsbury's Local and Iceland supermarkets.

• 5 minutes walk - to Wetherspoons pub and take-away outlets. There are also some highly recommended restaurants if you like to eat out sometimes like I do.

• No overnight guests. Guests are fine but to be respectful notice must be given beforehand.  

• The rooms are not for homebodies such as full-time WFH.

• No shoes to be worn around the house.

• No slamming of doors.

• No candles or incense sticks.

A BIT ABOUT ME:

I am a live-in landlady who lives at the property with my two children aged 15 and 12 and has no pets. I am looking for quiet, respectful, clean and tidy female lodger for my spare room and who is considerate to others in the house and who goes out to work and doesn't WFH. This is not a party house I'm afraid. I tend to go out and socialise and want to relax when I'm home and prefer you to do the same.

When I am around I'm sociable but respect people need their own space too.
