Description
My current housemate is moving out at the end of the month and so I have a double room available to rent from 1st May. You'd be sharing just with me. I work in the arts industry and am usually out Monday - Friday during the day. I'm pretty quiet usually, but do love the occasional party!
Bed and wardrobe are provided and I can also buy a chest of drawers/desk/bedside table if needed, or i'm happy for you to bring your own furniture if you'd prefer.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. 5 minute walk to Rayners Lane Station (Zone 5) or a 10 minute walk to North Harrow.
I'm mostly just looking for someone that is easy going and fairly clean and tidy (in the shared areas). All my previous housemates have been friends, so this is my first time putting an ad out!
There is parking at both the front and back of the building, I would just need to check with the building management about getting another permit.
Unfortunately my building doesn't allow pets, otherwise they would be very welcome!
