Located within walking distance of Richmond centre, 15/ 20 minutes from Richmond station with great transport networks into central London (Waterloo 20 mins) and 10 minutes walk from St Margarets station).

Room will be unfurnished but has large fitted wardrobes and sufficient space for small desk/ chair for home-workers.

Kitchen includes washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Rent is 795 per month not including bills (usually around 175 a month including council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, household stuff).

There isn't a garden but Marble Hill park is only
2 mins walk away and is beautiful, with a great pub on the corner!

Richmond Park and Kew Gardens are within walking distance and both Twickenham/ Richmond Riverside are great for leisurely strolls (or for running) as well as drinking/ dining spots.

I’m leaving the flat to move in with my partner, I’ve loved living here for the last two years. The room & apartment are very bright with a wonderful location offering the city life as well as proximity to nature. Flatmate Sarah is the best flatmate you can think of - easy to get along with, tidy and considerate. I will definitely miss her and this place!
