THE FLAT

Just next to Richmond Bridge, and two minutes’ walk to central Richmond, we live in a great, large, light flat with period features, high-ceilings and feature fireplaces in every room. There is also a large communal garden.

There's a large living room (TV, large sofa, Virgin Media TV package etc.), a big kitchen/diner (dishwasher and washing machine, 5-burner gas cooktop and large oven), a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, a second bathroom with shower, a separate toilet room, and the four bedrooms.

THE ROOM

A very large double room with a lovely feature fire place and large window letting in plenty of light. Pictures attached. The room is part-furnished (the bed and mattress are included, as well as a few other bits of furniture).

The room comes with the use of a bathroom (with shower, bath, and toilet) shared with one other flatmate.

THE FLATMATES

Rhianne, Chintan, Hal. A friendly bunch and sociable with each other but all also have their own interests. We tend to hang out as a group when we can. The room will be left vacant by Tom who has been living in the flat for 3 years.

PARKING

There are a few roads that are free to park on, if you want to be guaranteed a space you can buy a council permit for approx. £100 per year.

MONEY

£865 per month

(plus deposit of approx £550, plus approx £50 to add your name to the contract)

It's one payment of £865 per month that covers everything in full; rent, heating, power, water, council tax, weekly communal area cleaner, cleaning products, high speed fibre broadband, and full virgin TV package. We also have use of Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus (though these belong to Rhianne).

The flat is managed by an agent.

VIEWINGS

We are starting viewings in July and the room is available from the start of September (the exact date TBC)
