We have an amazing home next to Richmond Bridge. The flat is huge, has very high ceilings, fire places in every room and is bright and airy.
There is a large living room (TV, huge sofas, fire place, xbox etc), big kitchen/diner (dishwasher and washing machine, smeg appliances), bathroom with toilet bath and shower, second bathroom with shower and second toilet room, and huge garden with a trampoline!

THE FLATE MATES
Ben (30), Sarah (32) and Mathew(28). A great group to live with, very friendly and sociable with each other and all also have their own interests. It is the perfect balance.
I am moving out after 4 years to head home to Brighton.
PARKING
There are a few roads that are free to park on but if you want to be guaranteed a space you can buy a permit for approx £100 approx per year.

£450 (tbc) deposit
£200 (tbc) estate agent fees for referencing etc
Bills include everything; heating, power, water rates, council tax, weekly cleaner, cleaning products, fibre optic broadband-wifi, and virgin TV package.
Move in date between 11th and 23rd Jan.
