Independent loft w/ stunning private roof terrace

Welcome to our beautiful loft conversion. It is fully independent with an en-suite shower room, separate fully equipped and brand new kitchen, and best of all a stunning private roof terrace: the reason we chose this house in the first place!

It's located on a quiet residential street, and is only a 2 minutes' walk from The River Thames and Richmond town centre. And you're only twenty minutes by trains to Waterloo, which will put you right in Central London. (However, please note our street has residents' parking only Mon - Fri 10am - 4: 30pm so you will not be able to park here during those times.)

Please note: we have a strong preference for Monday to Friday guests only as we often have friends and family staying at weekends. If this proves an unrealistic proposition, we will consider more full-time guests. :)

We are a friendly, professional couple in our thirties and we have been renting the loft on Air BnB for two years, which we have thoroughly enjoyed. Having just installed a fully equipped kitchen, we are now looking to rent long-term to an individual or couple, and since I am a French teacher, we have a slight preference for native French speakers :).
