My sister and I own the bungalow but I am the only one who lives here. It was newly renovated just over a year ago so everything is still nice and fresh!
I'm looking for another girl in their mid 20s like me who is working full time, ideally not WFH but it's not a deal-breaker, no pets or smokers. The room will be available as of April. The bedroom has a double bed frame, a small wardrobe and curtains already in it - I can take these out if you'd prefer to get your own furniture. There is no mattress so you would need to get your own.
The bungalow had all new central heating, windows, kitchen and bathroom put in a year ago and is down a really nice quote street with great access to the main roads and walking distance to a central line station.
